Botlhale Co. is an independent distributor of Agrico and Ubuntu Luxury Goods, bringing carefully selected wellness, beauty and lifestyle products to customers across South Africa.

The name Botlhale, meaning wisdom in Setswana, reflects how we approach what we offer: with intention, discernment and purpose.

We believe that what we choose to use, give and bring into our everyday lives matters. That's why we don't simply stock products for the sake of having more. We carefully curate the products and brands we bring to our customers, with a focus on quality, purpose and value.

Delivery info

We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier - we don't currently ship internationally. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Returns policy

We want you to love every product. Returns are accepted where you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item — please let us know as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

Change-of-mind returns aren't generally accepted, except where required by South African consumer law. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
